About the Artist
Amy Bianconi is a Florida-based painter whose work moves between abstraction and representation — blending interior spaces, figures, shoreline imagery, and personal symbolism into emotionally charged compositions.
Working primarily in acrylic with palette knife, she is drawn to surfaces that feel lived in: softened edges, layered color, scraped texture, and fragments that dissolve into atmosphere. Her work is less about documenting a scene and more about capturing how it felt to be there.
Before returning seriously to painting, Amy spent decades as an interior and kitchen and bath designer — a background that continues to shape her sense of composition, spatial tension, and emotional response to environments.
