Amy Bianconi Studio ("the studio," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through amybianconistudio.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. The studio is based in Tampa, Florida, United States.
Information you give us. When you send a message through the contact or representation forms, or inquire about a painting, commission, or print, we collect your name, email address, and anything you include in your message. If you join the Studio Circle newsletter, we collect your email address.

If you purchase artwork or prints online, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Your full card details are entered on the provider's secure systems and are not stored by the studio. We receive only the information needed to confirm and fulfill your order, such as your name, contact details, shipping address, and order summary.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, website hosting, form and email delivery, newsletter, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
